Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items (e.g., opened in-ear headphones, custom/engraved products, clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
Manufacturer Warranty
- Many audio Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. Warranty terms vary by brand and are provided at the time of purchase or in the product packaging.
- Warranty claims for manufacturer defects should be directed to us, and may require registration or proof of purchase.
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or use with incompatible equipment.
