Welcome to YM IT SOLUTIONS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the site and the purchase of audio equipment and accessories (“Products”) sold through it.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site and make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account to place orders, track shipments, or access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We strive to display Products, including audio specifications (e.g., frequency response, impedance, driver size, connectivity), colors, and images as accurately as possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your display settings.
  • We do not guarantee that all Product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free, complete, or current.
  • Sound quality, compatibility, and performance can vary based on your equipment, source material, and environment; we make reasonable efforts to describe compatibility but cannot guarantee Products will meet your specific expectations for sound.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue Products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated; these will be calculated at checkout.
  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, and will notify you if this occurs.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms receipt of your order, not necessarily acceptance.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent payment details
  • Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without permission
  • Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content in product reviews or other user-generated areas

We reserve the right to remove user-generated content and suspend accounts that violate these provisions.

8. Product Reviews and User Content

  • If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove or edit any submitted content at our discretion.
